Theatre31 Artsmark Resource Pack

Theatre31 is proud to be supporting schools and education settings on their Artsmark journey, inspiring children and young people to create, experience, and participate in great arts and culture.

Our vision is to empower communities through theatre, and to make everyone feel a part of this process – including schools. As an Artsmark partner we’re committed to creating long lasting relationships with our partner education settings, tailoring an approach to suit you and your students that follows your individual arts development goals.

We understand the Artsmark criteria and we shape our learning offer to support schools and education settings on their Artsmark journey to embed drama and theatre across the curriculum.

We have created an Artsmark Resource Pack, a free resource available to educators and arts leaders. Full of practical tips about engaging young people with drama, the pack aims to bridge the world of theatre and education.

The Theatre31 Artsmark Resource Pack was created in collaboration with Icon Theatre and local School’s Engagement Consultant, Julie Neville.

Artsmark funding for Medway Schools

In partnership with ROH Bridge, Theatre31 is pleased to fund 10 Medway schools gain Artsmark. This is for new schools, who haven’t completed Artsmark before and have not submitted a statement of interest. The normal cost is £500 and our funding will contribute 50% of this cost.

Does your school wish to gain Artsmark and wish to secure funding towards this? Complete our application form.
