Icon Theatre is seeking a talented full-time Producer for a fixed-term contract till 31 May 2022, who is experienced in site-specific and outdoor theatre, and has a passion for community engagement, to work with us on two upcoming large-scale productions.
The Producer will take overall responsibility for producing our productions, including sourcing locations, developing schedules, working with community companies and professional cast, and running budgets. The Producer will work closely with both the Artistic Director Nancy Hirst and the communities we collaborate with.
We are looking for an energetic, strategic, positive thinker with a practical ‘can-do’ approach who is able to work collaboratively with a wide range of people. Excellent communication, financial and organisational skills are critical.
